I don't consider myself an artist, but for as long as I can remember, I have been a doodler. Talking on the phone, random shapes and squiggles, flowers, and little stick people doing this or that, appear on the paper on my desk. Notes and letters to friends and family receive the doodle-treatment too, but never did I imagine my doodling becoming anything more than a hobby.

My son was born in 2004, and with him, my inspiration for Cale's Critters. These are his critters: happy little animals, for children and children-at-heart.

The Cale's Critters & Co. collection grows as I am able. I also do freelance graphic design (in 2001 I graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Design, with a concentration in Graphic Design), including print and website design, as well as coordinated pieces for special events.

I currently live in Arizona with my incredible husband, our wondrous son, two zany beagles, and a handful of fish.
